Welcome to RivrTechnology Ltd ("Rivr," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rivrwebsite, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service may contain content uploaded by users, including creators and brands ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Service. Rivrdoes not endorse any User Content and takes no responsibility or liability for it.

  • You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Rivr . By posting content, you grant Rivra non-exclusive license to use it for platform operations.
  • You agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or racially offensive content.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or disrupt the use of the Service by others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any computer systems or networks connected to the Service.

6. Transactions

All payments on Rivrare subject to our payment processing terms. Refunds are governed by our refund policy, available on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content and materials included on the Service, including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and other intellectual property ("Intellectual Property"), are owned by Rivror its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RivrDOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RivrSHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF RivrHAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES).

10. Termination

Rivrmay terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Nigeria. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rivr regarding your use of the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Waiver

No waiver by Rivrof any breach of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

16. Updates to Terms of Service

Rivr may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
